Pools West made the pool experience great. Mitch came out and walked our space with us to help figure out what makes the most sense. He had some great suggestions that we didn’t think of that really made the finished project better than expected. Travis was there everyday during the installation making sure everything went according to plan. I couldn’t believe how fast our yard went from grass to a completed pool. I know the waiti list has been a bummer for some people, but it’s worth the wait. There is a reason the list is long and its because they do a great job and don’t sacrifice quality to crank out pools faster.
Building a pool is similar to building a house., you either love your builder or you hope you never see them again but in our case, we loved our builder and would highly recommend them. Their years of experience was instrumental in helping us make non-regrettable decisions. We would not hesitate to use Pools West and their incredible team again. We Love our pool….thanks Pools West.

You won’t be disappointed using Pools West. They are very professional, timely, and just easy to work with. We have have used them twice now and both experiences have been amazing and we continue to recommend Pools West to all of our friends and family. They do an incredible job with a liner pool and it’s the only way to go for Idaho pools.
Mitch and his team at Pools West are the best in the valley for beautiful pools! I interviewed many pool builders when I moved here and only Pools Westanswered all my questions and had the satisfied customer references to back up their beautiful pool pictures. My first pool came out great, on time and with all the fun things that I had asked for. Mitch just build a second pool for me in my new home and the experience was as good as the first time. I have, and will continue to highly recommend him to anyone looking for a professional pool builder that is truly a value.

Travis is very professional! He was here everyday on time, he communicates well and does everything he says he will do. We had the BEST experience designing and building our pool with Pools West! I cannot say enough great things about Travis, Mitch and Jaime! Our pool is absolutely gorgeous and the customer service is outstanding! The whole process was so fast with the best quality!
